The methods and approach Greg Bennett Sales Training has introduced to Point B over the past five years have been extremely well received by our folks and have led to very positive results in growing our business. At Point B we don’t have “salespeople”, so we didn’t want a traditional approach to the sales process. Greg Bennett taught our people a much more customer-focused approach of just going in and having a conversation with a potential client, looking for possible ways we could help them achieve their objectives. It’s very much like the process we go through in our normal project leadership work with our clients.
One of my favorite parts of Greg Bennett’s training is what he calls the “Psychology of Sales” – where he gives folks great insight into how things happen and what’s going on in the sales process and the different roles people play. And that our people don’t have to suddenly become some other person, a sales person, in order to have a conversation, develop a plan, and get great results without being pushy.
Even in a down economy, Point B continues to grow and do very well, and much of that is due to the concepts and coaching we’ve received from Greg Bennett Sales Training.
