I was recently in Memphis doing a workshop for Learfield Sports when I had a burst of inspiration (no doubt fueled by the late-night feast of ribs and cold beer at the world famous Rendezvous restaurant)...it was a name or title for my method of consulting and coaching I do with our clients...I.E.A.R.

- E - Execution
- A - Accountability
- R - Response
- (REPEAT)
I- Information -- this is the training information you get at a workshop or seminar
E- Execution - this is what you do with the information, how you execute
A - Accountability - this is to hold you accountable for the level of execution
R - Response - this is how you respond to the feedback you get from the accountability
Repeat -- now you have new information and we start the process all over again.
